Sol Bistro is an intimate bistro restaurant in the centre of Thomastown. The ethos of the restaurant, like that of it’s sister restaurant Cafe Sol in Kilkenny City is to provide good honest local food freshly cooked and tastefully presented at value for money prices. Closed Monday and Tuesday nights.
