Goatsbridge Trout Farm

Margaret and Ger Kirwan are leading providers of premium Irish trout, both fresh and smoked to hotels, restaurants, caterers, supermarkets and fish wholesalers around the country. You can watch the trout at stages from eyed ova in the hatchery until they reach maturity at 20 months in the earthen ponds. We’re open 365 days of the year and our trout are available for direct sale to all visitors-just let us know when you are coming.
