Bia Suir – Meat Products

Trevor Cunningham, founder of Bia Suir, is the seventh generation of his family involved in food production, an era spanning almost 150 years. Based by the banks of the River Suir in South Kilkenny, Bia Suir produces speciality meats and poultry products from old recipes aided by modern technology. Bia Suir’s range includes smoked chicken, spiced beef, pastrami and natural cured corn beef. This collection represents an honest blending of old and new.
