'Kilkenny is the perfect destination for a weekend away and the trails are a great resource for tourists who aren’t familiar with the county, or for anyone looking for somewhere new to see. Of course, there’s no way to get through it all in one weekend so another trip to the county will be in order soon.'
Farmers Journal, January 2014, ‘Flower of Kilkenny’ – Aisling Hussey
